証明書発行には通常4～5営業日が必要です。

３日以内の発行が必要な場合、１通$15.00となります。

証明書は厳封で発行いたします。

パスワード付PDF版をEメールでお送りすることも可能です。発行手数料は1通＄5/＄15(３日以内）です。

証明書発行に関するご不明な点は、Tel: (+1)914-694-4825/Email: kyomu@keio.eduまでお問い合わせください。

事務室閉室中は証明書の発行はできませんので、休業前には余裕をもって申請してください。

Any order requiring less than 3 days notice will be charged $15.00 per certificate..

The certificate will be issued in a sealed envelope.

A PDF version with password can be sent by email and will be charged $5/$15 (less than 3 days notice).

Please understand that we will not be able to issue certificates while the administration office is closed. Please submit the form well in advance of vacation.

●　米国、NY/NJ/CTトライステート地域 / To NY/NJ/CT Tristate area: $33
●　米国、その他地域（ハワイを除く） / To any other area in the U.S. (except Hawaii): $45
●　米国、ハワイ / To Hawaii: $60
●　日本国内 / To Japan: $80 or more (Fee varies depending on the destination.)
●　その他の国・地域 / To other countries: 宛て先の住所による / Fee varies depending on the destination.

The administrative fee $5.00 per order will be charged together with the certificate fee and shipping fee.
